The Backstory
Cronometer was built as a side project back in 2005. The CEO was following the CRON (Calorie Restriction with Optimal Nutrition) diet and needed an app to track the diet. Several years later, he realized he was onto something and quit his full-time job to focus on improving Cronometer.
The Bottom Line
Even the free version of Cronometer is a fantastic app for anyone that wants to track daily nutrition and exercise. The app makes tracking net calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients easy.
