The J&J Official 7 Minute Workout app is a workout app designed to be inclusive of all levels, goals, and schedules. Whether you’re wanting a quick workout to shake up your day or a longer, more routine workout, this app will have something up your alley. You can select either “7 Minute Workout,”  “Smart Workout” (which seems to recommend based on your app history and how you answer the setup questions), or “Workout Library,” where you can select from several curated workouts ranging from beginner to advanced with different levels in between.
