SIMILAR APPS
Many, many versions of the “7-minute workout” app exist, which can make it difficult to even find this version. Obe Fitness and the Peloton app are similar but require equipment or subscriptions. You can find additional workout alternatives on various social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, where fitness bloggers and influencers craft quick workouts regularly.

The Bottom Line
The app is fairly solid, though somewhat bare-bones in some respects. If you’ve struggled with a routine or struggled with working out in general, this is a great app to try and kickstart your fitness journey.
