Who is it best for?
Anyone at just about any fitness level can find some benefit from the Nike Training Club App. This app is by far the best overall fitness app. And how can the price tag of free not at least pique your interest? Nike Training Club offers workouts on the go, full-equipment setup, and entire recipes. It has over 350 tips that span training, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and sleep, and competes with top-of-the-line paid fitness apps.
App Intro
This is by far one of the most robust free fitness apps on the market we’ve come across. Users are automatically enrolled in a Nike Member Rewards Program, making this the only gimmick as it is basically a giant advertisement for Nike. But whether or not users take advantage of that marketing move, they still have unfettered access to full-scale workouts, well over 100 healthy, high-quality recipes and meals, and dozens of quality tips to improve recovery, sleep, and mindset.
The only people this app might not be suited for are those with very specific athletic/fitness goals—which Nike seems to be well aware of. This app makes it extremely easy to help the everyday Joe and Jane have structured elements for their workouts, nutrition, and recovery. The app also helps even seasoned gym-goers find benefits in their workouts and inside the kitchen.

HUNDREDS OF SPECIFIC WORKOUTS
The Nike Training Club App is sure to have something to support your fitness level and goals.
Users can filter over 450 workouts by muscle group, workout focus, equipment, trainer-led, short workouts, and whiteboard workouts. From minimal equipment to full-service gyms, the app has a myriad of options for users of all fitness backgrounds.
There are also dozens of expert tips and articles at the fingertips of users. These high-quality resources give users a perspective they may have been missing out on.
To top it all off, log your activity and keep track of your favorite workouts with the app’s activity and saved workout features ensuring you are getting a well-rounded workout.
NUTRITIOUS MEALS AND TIPS
The Nike Training Club App partners with a company called Lifesum and doesn’t scrimp when it comes to fueling your body. With 215 nutrition tips and hundreds of full-scale recipes, the only missing feature is a filtering mechanism like the one on their workouts page. But that’s not an issue if users just look at it like perusing through a recipe book.
RECOVERY, MINDSET, AND SLEEP RESOURCES
Let’s not forget the other aspects of overall fitness. The resources in these sections are sure to grow and expand as the app gains more traction, but these articles are sure to give a solid foundation for recovery, mindset, and the importance of quality sleep.
TRAINING AND SOCIAL ASPECTS
No matter where you’re starting, the Nike Training Club’s worldwide community is full of fun, approachable trainers who guide you in the right direction. You can also find and invite your friends and other positive thinkers to join your community and fitness journey. While an app can help you work out, it’s the people who help you show up.
